Une avanc\u00e9e scientifique majeure pourrait \n    changer la donne : la mise au point d&rsquo;un nouveau m\u00e9dicament pr\u00e9ventif administr\u00e9 seulement \n    <strong>deux fois par an<\/strong>.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2 style=\"color:#1B3A6B; font-size:1.4em; margin-top:32px;\">Les limites de la pr\u00e9vention actuelle<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, la pr\u00e9vention du VIH reposait principalement sur la <strong>prophylaxie \n    pr\u00e9-exposition (PrEP) orale<\/strong>, n\u00e9cessitant une prise quotidienne. Cette contrainte \n    d&rsquo;observance limite consid\u00e9rablement son efficacit\u00e9 sur le terrain. De plus, chez la grande \n    majorit\u00e9 des personnes sous traitement antir\u00e9troviral, l&rsquo;arr\u00eat du traitement entra\u00eene un \n    <strong>rebond rapide de la charge virale<\/strong>, accompagn\u00e9 d&rsquo;un affaiblissement du syst\u00e8me \n    immunitaire li\u00e9 \u00e0 la baisse des lymphocytes T CD4+.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2 style=\"color:#1B3A6B; font-size:1.4em; margin-top:40px;\">Le l\u00e9nacapavir : une r\u00e9volution en deux injections par an<\/h2>\n\n  <p>\n    Lors d&rsquo;une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude clinique men\u00e9e en <strong>Afrique du Sud et en Ouganda<\/strong>, un \n    nouvel antir\u00e9troviral pr\u00e9ventif \u2014 le <strong>l\u00e9nacapavir<\/strong> \u2014 a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats \n    particuli\u00e8rement prometteurs.
